I changed the look of a women’s skin, this is how I did it:

1.) I First used spot healer to get rid of spots, moles, dimples and even scars.

2.) I then used Duplicate to duplicate the layers to add an over lap of the layer.

3.) I then used the  filter menu and Blur then surface blur, to make the skin look smooth.

4.) I then used the Erase tool to keep the realistic elements in the image including; eyes, hair/eye browse, mouth/lips and background.

5.) I then used the Brush Tool to add some make up to the women in the image. I also changed the Opacity to a suitable level.
